Using food processor finally chop:
1 bag of fresh cranberries (12 oz)
1 whole orange
1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
** Don't forget to rinse and dry your fruit before using it!
The reason I started this blog is because I want the dishes contained here to live on. The recipes that you find here are my own, & from relatives, friends & the Internet. Some of them are rough copies though eventually I hope to refine them. I love making soups that are meals in themselves with plenty of vegetables, and most of the time I make them in my BIG pot (8 qt. or larger). I store any left over soup in smaller containers & freeze it in my deep freezer.
